OBIT: A 34-year-old man, who had lived in Fairmount a year, was found dead by his wife about 5:30 Monday afternoon when she returned home from work. The man, Robert A. Adams, died in his car in the garage at 903 N. Main as result of carbon monoxide poisoning, according to County Coroner Henry Alderfer. Born in Minneapolis, Minn., the deceased, together with his family, moved here from Florida last year and was employed by Hoskins Roofing Service. He was a veteran of World War 2. Funeral services were held at 2 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at Hunt's Funeral Home by the Rev. Xen Harvey, pastor of the Fairmount Friends Church. Burial was in Park Cemetery. In addition to his wife, Sue, survivors, include his two daughters, Rae Lee and Jean Kay; and three sisters, Mrs. C.E. Gotschall, Florida; Mrs. Stewart Harlan, Ft. Belvoir, Va., and Miss Jean Adams, Chicago.
