Floyd W. Adams 93, lifelong resident of Duluth, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2007, while at St. Eligius Health Center. He was born March 30, 1913, in Duluth, to Edward and Lydia Adams.
He served as an air plane maintenance mechanic in the U. S. Air Force during World War II. He achieved the rank of Staff Sergeant. In 1954 Floyd married Stefona Verlennich
Floyd was kind man and always a gentleman. Floyd was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Stefona, in 2004; his parents; and his brother, Thiel, who died during World War II
