Leona Clemons, 87, laborer, died Monday, December 15, 2008, in Tallahassee, Fla. Services will be at 11 a.m. EST Saturday, December 20, at Mt. Pilgrim Primitive Baptist Church, High Bridge Road, Quincy, Fla., with burial at Campground Cemetery in Quincy. The family will assemble for the funeral at 141 Sandy Springs Lane at 9:30 a.m. EST. Leona will rest in the mortuary from 3 to 7 p.m. EST Friday, December 19th, at the Grant Richardson Jr. Memorial Chapel at Richardson's Family Funeral Care (840-576-41444, www.richardsoncares.org). Survivors Include children Louise Sweet (Theodore), Katha Arnold (Howard), Bobby Clemons (Dairlene) and Mattie Singletary; sisters Elizabeth Murphy, Lillie Mae Brown and Mattie Clark (Rufus); 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
