Funeral services were held at Shady Grove Baptist Church. Rev. R. W. Eubanks officiating. Burial to follow the in the adjoining cemetery. Mr. Davis is survived by his wife, who was Miss Rebekah G. Myers and a son by a former marriage, C.L. Davis of Tampa, Fla.
