Garland T. Conditt Garland T. Conditt, 83, of Laurel, died Thursday, Sept. 20, 2001 at South Central Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, at Jones Funeral Home in Ellisville, with burial in Tucker's Crossing Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Eddie Bryant will officiate. He was a member of Tucker's Crossing Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth L. Conditt; two sisters, June Hamm and Sue Blankenship; one brother, James B. Conditt; and parents, J.E. and Veda Conditt. He is survived by two daughters, Glenda Robertson of Everman, Texas, and Linda C. Medina of Milwaukee, Wisc.; a stepdaughter, Shirley Tidwell of Laurel; one brother, Roy Conditt of Altus, Okla.; two sisters, Dorothy Hill of Oklahoma and Mick Schuck of Texas; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Sammie Brooks, Nathan Brooks, Kerry Walters, Jeff Pitts, Ted Newsom, Hauron Steverson and B.L. Brooks Jr. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Sunday school class at Tucker's Crossing Baptist Church. Visitation will be held from 5-9 p.m. today, at Jones Funeral Home in Ellisville, which is charge of arrangements.
