Betty Barlow, 86, of Bolivar, Missouri passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, Missouri.

Betty was born June 16, 1930 in Birmingham, Alabama the daughter of Earnest Grady Robbins and Treacy Pearl Thompson.

She moved to Bolivar in 1995 and soon found a church home at First Baptist Church. She was involved in the Martha Sunday School class, serving as president for many years. Betty was very active at First Baptist and formed many friendships over the years.

Betty is survived by her daughter, Teresa Griffitts and husband Rick; her granddaughters Allison Farmer and husband Tony and Amanda Peppers and husband Chad; as well as her four great-grandchildren, Mackenzie and Brady Farmer and Easton and Rylee Peppers and many close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers Ebilee Milton and Jack Pearl; and her sister, Grady Evelyn.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral, from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the Butler Funeral Missouri.

Funeral services for Betty Barlow will be held Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 10 a.m. at Butler Funeral Home in Bolivar, Missouri. Graveside services will follow the funeral at Crestview Memorial Gardens in Bolivar.
