Grover Adkins Dies Wednesday

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2 p.m. for Grover C. Adkins, 69, who died at the Brush hospital Wednesday.

Born Sept. 30, 1988, in Cainsville, Mo., Mr. Adkins moved to Woodrow in 1911 and to Brush in 1952. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Brush and was a veteran of World War I. He was a retired farmer.

Surviving are his wife Grace of Brush: one son, Ivan of Woodrow; one daughter, Olis Adkins of Princeton, Mo., and one grandchild.

Services will be held from the Frezieres Funeral home at 2 p.m. with Evangelists C. W. Joslyen of Brush and Garnie Atkisson of Fort Morgan officiating. Interment will be in the Brush Memorial cemetery.
