Emmett Allman, formerly of Elwin, died at 10:15 Sunday night at the Decatur and Macon County Hospital where he had been a patient for about ?? weeks. Mr. Allman lived at Elwin for many years before coming to Decatur about three years ago. He was a laborer and boarded at the Johnson Hotel on South Water street. So far as known, he has no near relatives. The body was removed to the Dawson undertaking establishment and prepared for burial.
