David Mays, age 46, of Big Hill Avenue in Richmond passed away Monday, January 16, 2012, at the Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center after a short illness. He was born July 13, 1965 in Estill County and was the son of Rebecca Estes Mays and the late Charlie Mays. He was a custodian at Eastern Kentucky University and was a blaster at Volcan Materials. He had lived in Estill County all of his life.
