Daughter of John Barnett and Margaret Walker Barnett. She married Richard Henry Ewbanks. He was a cashier at the Bank of Delaware. He left the family about the time of the bank crash. They had four known children:
1. Laura Louisa Ewbanks 1860-1898
2. William Everett Ewbanks 1862-1882
3. Annie Alberta Ewbanks 1866-1945; married Marlton Pritchett
4. Nellie N. Ewbanks 1868-1888 (Mrs William H Clark)
The 1900 Census states that Annie had six children, with one still living. Perhaps the other two died young.
