Ralph Clayton Eberly, 89, formerly of Wichita and Hutchinson, former City of Wichita treasurer and retired City of Wichita clerk, died Wednesday, April 3, 2002. Visitation with family 1 to 8 p.m. today. Hillside Funeral Home West, Wichita; service 2 p.m. Saturday, Resthaven Gardens of memory.
Survivors: sons, Robert "Bob" of Wichita, James of Granville, Tenn., Wayne of St. Petersburg, Fa.; daughters, Jean Ann Flecther of Santa Domingo, Dominican Republic. Sharon McDonough of Hutchinson, Karon Pennington of Wichita; Margaret Edwards of Singapore; stepsons, Daniel Tharp of Wichita, David Tharp of Anderson, Mo.; brother, Lyle of Midland, Texas; 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
