Aaron G. Stout
Birth: Sep. 10, 1814
Franklin County
Indiana, USA
Death: Jun. 25, 1895
Richland County
Illinois, USA

Aaron G. Stout, youngest son of Rev. Job and Rhoda Howell Stout husband to Helen McKinney Stout, father of Ada Elizabeth Stout.

New Era Greensburg Ind Jul 3rd 1895

Aaron G. Stout was born in Franklin county Ind, September 10, 1814. He moved to Decatur county when a young man, for a number of years he was actively engaged in business in our city, first as a merchant, then in later years in the grain business, which he followed very successfully until he removed to Olney, Ill, twenty-eight years ago. He was first married to Mary Jane Lytle, who died about 1848. In 1850 he married Hellen McKinney who survives him. The result of this union was three daughters, two of whom died in young childhood, the remaining one now living at Olney in the home of her parents. He died June 25, 1895, aged nearly 81 years, and the large circle of his friends here and in his late home who paid their last tribute to the memory of the deceased, testified better than words his worth. His remains were interred in South Park cemetery yesterday afternoon.
