He always wore a crew cut hair style, it was hard to say what color hair.
Frank was a pro-union coal miner, one night in Merrittstown, a group of non-union miners came to the house and brutally beat Frank and left him for dead. After Frank recovered from that beating, he moved to Braddock and became a janitor at a school until he retired.
