Services will be held Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Chariton. Interment will be at the Chariton Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday evening from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church in Chariton or the Chariton Church of the Nazarene. Glen is survived by his wife, Joanne; five children: Mary (Ed) Wiesing, Glen (Julie) Tyler, Jr., Lori (Dan) Miller, Brenda (Tony) Laurie, and Stephen (Jamie) Tyler; two stepchildren: Cathy (Brad) Reece and Cristi Gale; 13 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren; a sister, Dorthy Reames; and many relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death were his parents; four sisters and four brothers; his son Harry "Butch" Beveridge, and two grandsons: Shad and Tad Tyler Harker.
Glen became a Christian in his thirties, stating: "I settled the question forever." He is now with his Lord
