Beverlee J. Thivierge, age 85, of Iron River, Wisconsin, passed away on Friday, July 20, 2012, at the Birch Haven Senior Living Center, in Ashland, Wisconsin. Beverlee was born on November 27, 1926, in Duluth, Minnesota, the daughter of Joseph E. and Olive E. (Mitchell) Thivierge.
Beverlee worked with the electric, telephone, water and sewer utilities, in Iron River, for over 53 years. She loved to read, was a musician, berry picker and was a jack-of-all-trades with a very unique sense of humor. She was part of a good family, was grateful for many friends, was content with her life and loved her home town.
A gathering, for family and friends, will be held at the Saint Michael Catholic Church, in Iron River, beginning at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 31, 2012, and continuing until the hour of service.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial, for Bev, will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 31, 2012, at the Saint Michael Catholic Church, in Iron River. Father Michael Crisp will be the Celebrant.
Interment will take place in the Iron River City Cemetery, Iron River.
Our Ashland Chapel will be assisting Beverlee's family with her memorialization.
