Dora Martinez, age 56, of Holland, died Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at her home. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister. Dora was a servant of the Most High God. She was a faithful member of Word of Faith Christian Center. From all the children we love you and will miss you. Thank you for bringing us to Christ. We will see you soon at a higher level! She is survived by her children, Janie and Nick Preston of Holland, George and Melinda Martinez of Wyoming, Maria and Bruce Grgurich of Lake City, Pedro Paco and Stephanie Martinez of Holland, Michael and Zulema Martinez of Holland, Angie and Robert Salas of Memphis, TN; father of the children, Pedro Martinez Jr. of Holland; 22 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and cousins. The funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2009 at Word of Faith Christian Center, 3030 Eastern Avenue SE in Grand Rapids. Reverend Thomas G. Wilson will be officiating. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery in Holland. Memorial contributions may be given to Word of Faith Christian Center. An online registry book is available at www.lakeshorememorial.com.
