Mr. Lemasters was born 29 Nov 1915 in Shelby County to Russell and Myrtle (Monroe) Lemasters. He was married 4 Aug 1940 to Virginia Cuskaden, who preceded him in death 5 Jan 1987.
He was a lifelong Shelby County resident and previously lived in Waldron. He farmed until retiring in 1980.
Mr. Lemasters was a member of the Waldron United Methodist Church.
Survivors are: two sons, Gregg Lemasters, Greenwood, and Glenn Lemasters, Indianapolis; a brother, Paul R. Lemasters, Cincinnati, Ohio; and three grandchildren.
Services were at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Glenn E. George Funeral Home, St. Paul, with Rev. Ron Yonker officiating. Visitation was from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial was at Van Pelt Cemetery, Shelby County.
Memorial contributions were made to the Waldron United Methodist Church.
