Age 73, son of Nellie Gidner Fuller of Edinboro and the late Benjamin C. Fuller.

After attending Edinboro University of Pa. and the University of West Virginia, he went to a trade school to learn masonry construction. He was a U.S. Army Air Force veteran of World War II. Mr. Fuller was a masonry contractor for more than 30 years and had been employed by the Borough of Edinboro for 10 years prior to his retirement. He was was known for restoring old furniture and collecting antiques, and enjoyed going to garage sales.

Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bernard Fuller (d 7/18/1992 age 67).

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Shirley Quigley Fuller; three daughters, Mrs. Merle (Susan) Eastman of Port Richy, Fla., Mrs. Theodore (Sally) Scarlett of McKean and Mrs. Jack (Penny) Fuller-Ashton of Cambridge Springs; five brothers, Victor Fuller of Meadville, Neil Fuller of Fairview, Rex Fuller of Ogden, Utah, Richard Fuller of Erie and Joseph Fuller of Wattsburg; a sister, Josephine Lang of Largo, Fla.; and seven grandchildren.
