Baby Girl was a white and black, long haired kitty. She was a tiny little kitty when my daughter, Christa Malone got her. A faithful companion for 16 years. She started having seizures, one the end of December 2013 and two Feb. 25, 2014. She was brought to Boston Rd. Animal Hospital in Springfield, MA Emergency and they found she had kidney failure, thyroid problems, heart murmur, high blood pressure and more wrong. They suggested she be put down, she had lost weight, even though she was always eating.

We brought her to Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Control/Shelter on Cottage St., Springfield, MA to see Pam Peebles. Pam consoled my daughter and brought us to a room where she quietly gave her an injection. Slowly the kitty went peacefully.
After my call to Pam Peebles, earlier, T.J.O'Connor didn't charge any money to end Baby Girl's ordeal. Boston Rd. Animal Hospital was going to charge $187.00 to put her down plus over $100.00 for the exam & bloodwork.

Thomas J. O'Connor facilty is the best and the staff are caring people. My two dogs and two cats were guests there after the June 1st, 2011 tornado and they got great care.

May Baby Girl Rest In Peace in Kitty Heaven.
