Maxine Branson, devoted Mother and Grandmother, passed away June 1, 2012, in the warmth of her home and in the presence and care of her loving family. She was born February 14, 1933 in Cuba, Missouri to the late Jake and Minnie (West) Ware. Maxine was a member of the First Baptist Church of Park Hills.

Mrs. Branson was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin Branson; siblings, Estel "Bud" Ware, Herman Ware, George Ware, Chester Ware, Martha Hopwood, Mabel Williams, Lorine Ware, Catherine Ware, Viva Fann, and Zula Micallef.

Maxine is survived by her daughter Terry Ann (Branson) Mrs. Douglas Motley; grandchildren, Dustin and Dalton Motley; and one sister Bonnie Ware.

Visitation will be Friday, June 8, 2012 from 4 PM until 8 PM at C. Z. Boyer & Son Funeral Home in Desloge. Visitation will resume on Saturday from 10 AM until Service time at 12 Noon on Saturday at the Assembly of God Church in Bourbon, Missouri with Rev. Sandy Leadbetter and Rev. Derek Ruble officiating.

Burial will follow at Licklider Cemetery in Cuba Missouri. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association.
