WINTER HAVEN - Mr. Paul Ray Denney of Winter Haven died of heart failure Tuesday (May 27, 2003) at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. He was 65.
Born in Cullman County, Ala., on June 24, 1937, he came to Winter Haven from Alabama in 1947. He was a salesman for South Down Concrete in Lakeland for 40 years. He was a lifetime member of the National Knife Association and a member of the Case Knife Association. He belonged to the Gator Cutlery Club, Tampa.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 this evening at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, Auburndale. Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
