Mrs. Rebecca Ann Begley, 85, died Friday in a Wagoner hospital after a long illness. Funeral services were Monday at 2 p.m. in Smith Funeral Chapel here with Rev. Howard Gage officiating. Burial was in Greenlawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Begley, born November 26, 1879, in Searcy County, Ark., had lived in McIntosh County 20 years and in Checotah four years.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Lucy Parker of Barnsdall; a brother, Ed Letterman of Marysville, Calif; a niece, Mrs. Lucy Grider of Eufaula; and two nephew, Walter of Checotah and Willis Herd of Payton.
