Theodore E. Middlestead, 80, 916 West St., Merrill, died Wednesday in an Iron Mountain, Mich. hospital.
Mr. Middlestead was born Oct. 18, 1890, in Lincoln County, son of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Middlestead. He was married in Merrill May 31, 1927, to Mabel Allen, who survives. He was a general building contractor in the Merrill area. He was a member of Schmitt - Manecke - Donner Post 1638, Veterans of Foreign Wars, and an Air Force veteran of World War I serving with the 93rd Aero Squadron.
