Charles is survived by his daughter, Mary Rose of Peoria; his son, Walter Linden Frost of Indiana; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in the Korean Conflict.
Charles last worked as a cook for the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Danville. He previously had worked for Celotex/Jim Wilders Corporation as a roofer.
