IRVIN (STONEY) BAKER
Irvin (Stoney) Baker, 45 year-old resident of Okmulgee, died of a heart attack Monday, Jan. 6 at a local hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p..m. Thursday in the Buchanan Memorial Chapel with Rev. Willis Baldridge officiating.
Mr. Baker was born Feb. 13, 1941 in Lone Star - Coweta, Okla. and attended elementary and high schools in Broken Arrow. He came to Okmulgee two years ago. Mr. Baker has been employed with Dean Bailey Motor Co. in Tulsa for 12 years as a body shop manager. He was preceeded in death by a brother, Everett L. Baker in 1976.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Ann Baker of the home; two sons, Monty Baker of Boynton and Bubba Brown of the home; two daughters, Shelley Baker of Tulsa and Shannon Brown of the home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jason Baker of Stone Bluff, Okla.; and one brother, J.D. Baker of Haskell.
Pallbearers will be Oscar Brownfield, Bob Peeler, Bill Hightower, Bob Furer, Anthony Fuiter, and Buckey Wilson.
