1806 - SC, Marion Co., record of a deed from Lee joined by wife Sarah, to Malcolm McIntyre, dated July 30, 1806, for 100 acres same being a part of a 4,434 acre tract granted Moses Lee, deed book C, page 14, SC, Marion County.

1808 - GA, Pulaski Co. just two years later they were living in Pulaski Co., Jesse and his wife Sarah, were witnesses to a deed dated April 23, 1808, from John Fielder to John Lee, of Laurens Co., to lot 56, 24th district, Pulaski Co. deed book A, page 3.

1812 - GA, Pulaski Co., In the war of 1812, Jesse Lee served as a Capt.? in a detachment of GA militia stationed at Forts Mitchell and Green on the Ocmulgee river in Pulaski Co., Jesse Lee, "1", Regiment, Chambers, GA, Militia.

1819 - GA, Appling Co., about this time Jesse and his brother Joshua with their famlies moved from Pulaski Co., to Appling County. A few years later they moved to Hamilton Co. FL.

1830 - SC, Marion Co., census index Jesse, John, Chloe?, Larzarus, Overton, Everett, and James LEE.

1830 - GA, Pulaski Co., census index John Lee Sr. pg 154,

1830 - GA, Pulaski Co., John Lee Jr. pg 153, and James Lee pg 153

1832 - FL, Hamilton Co., Jesse and Sarah were members of the Concord Primitive Baptist Church in Hamilton Co., FL.

1833 - Jesse moved back to Lowndes Co. GA. Settling in that portion that is now Lanier Co., GA.

1845 - GA, Irwin Co., James Lee married Matlida Tucker Sept 7th, 1845

1853 - GA, Lowndes Co., May 2, Jesse's son Moses C. Lee and his son - in - law Samuel E. Register applied for administration of Jesse Lee's estate.
