CHARLES D. (BUD) PENDERGRASS "the Mahi-Mahi bus is leaving" Charles D. (Bud) Pendergrass, age 79, passed away March 18, 2008 at his home in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

He was born March 15, 1929 in Clovis, CA and a former Riverside resident for over 40 years.

Charles is survived by his wife Marjorie Pendergrass; his children Spencer Pendergrass, Marc Pendergrass, Cona Green, Lisa Arian, Greg and Gary York; his sister Arlene Fowler, his sister-in-law Nancy Thurston his grandchildren Timothy, Marissa, Derek, Christopher, Jordan, Jennifer, Kathryn, Garrett, Erik, Jeremy, Tifani, Amy, Kevin, Amanda, Michelle, Sean, Joel, Jason, Carl and 8 great-grandchildren.

Bud was enlisted in the Navy serving in Hawaii and Kwajalien after World War II. He had a career after military service at the Press-Enterprise in Riverside in the classified sales advertising of the newspaper, Skyline Mobile Homes in Hemet, CA and retired in Lake Havasu City. He and Mary Alice Crane resided in Riverside and Hemet with their 4 children.

Graveside service will be held Tuesday, March 25, 2008 at 12:30PM at Pierce Bros. Crestlawn Memorial Park, 11500 Arlington Ave in Riverside.
