James Blaik was the son of George Blaik and Elizabeth Rose. Hee met and married Martha Walker Graham, dau of Hugh Graham and Mary Protheroe White, on July 10, 1878 in Neatherby, Huntingdon, Quebec. To this union were born three boys: George Falconer, Hugh Graham and James Harden. James married a second time to Martha Elizabeth Finnie at St. Luc, Montreal. James passed away in 1915 in Huntingdon, at the age of 72 years.
