Charles A. McKissick of Hilliards was found dead in his bed at his home at 7:30 o`clock this morning by a members of his family. He was 51. Death was due to illness following a mine accident ten years ago.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Carrie McKissick; two sons, Walter McKissick and Jack McKissick; six daughters,Mrs. Olive Hovis, Mrs. Roy Lindsey, Mrs. Wayne Gaiser, Mrs. Irma Orr, Genevieve McKissick and Freda McKissick; and 12 grandchildren, all of Hilliards; four brothers, Bert McKissick of Youngstown, OH., Guy McKissick, Roy McKissick and Joesph McKissick, Butler; and four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Burk, Eau Claire, Mrs. Lawrence Christie, Canton, OH., and Mrs. Norma Gillman and Mrs. Blanche Stokes, Butler.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o`clock Thursday afternoon at the home in Hilliards in charge of the Rev. K.C. Moore of Hilliards Methodist Episcopal church. Internment will be in the New Salem Presbyterian church cemetery.
