She attended Bethel Presbyterian Church, Kingston. She enjoyed nature, and her grandchildren were the joy of her life.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Bill Lemons.
Survivors include her husband, George T. McGill of Kingston; daughters, Teresa Melton of Midtown and Tammie Renz of Woodstock, Ga.; sons, Mitchell Lemons of Kingston and Michael Lemons of Sevierville; stepsons, Scott McGill and Bryan McGill, both of Kingston; sisters, Deanna Newberry of Oakdale and Pam Hines of Harriman; brothers, Phil Lively of Roswell, Ga., Jerry Lively of Rockmart, Ga., Jeff Lively and Ronnie Lively, both of Harriman; 15 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, in Kyker Funeral Home, Kingston. Funeral service will follow in the chapel, with Marc Sherrod and the Rev. Pat Harvey officiating. Graveside service and burial will be at Piney Grove Cemetery, Midtown.
