John W. Harrison of 606 South Clinton St. was an old soldier and retired merchant in the Carthage area. He was married and his wife, Nanssie survived him.

Services Held at the Home With Burial in the Curtis Graveyard


Funeral services for J. W. Harrison, who died Saturday, were held this afternoon. Mr. Harrison, who had resided in Carthage for 36 years, was an old soldier and was well known. The rifles held at the home, 608 South Clinton Street, were attended by many old soldiers. Burial was made in the Curtis graveyard.
