My 4th Great Grandmother.
She was the daughter to immigrant John Amos Palmer (b.1740 in England--d. ca; 1821 in Monroe Co. OH) and Miriam Osborn (b. 1750 in Windsor, Hartford, CT.--d. 1789 in Fulton Co. PA). Wife to Benjamin Jr., mother to William and 10 other children. Two of the children died young and have no gravesites (Her firstborn, John Truax--b & d. 1795 and Benjamin Palmer Truax--b. 1798--d. 1801).She lived to be 99 years old. She married at the age of 14 and started housekeeping with two spoons, two bowls, and a chair or two. On her stone it reads.
