Jimmie Lee Day 70 of Kirksville passed away Sunday August 14, 2011 at Northeast Regional Medical Center.
The son of Eugene and Dorothy(Bonham)Day he was born February 16, 1941 in Jefferson, OK. On December 10, 2010 in Kirksville he was united in marriage to Wanda J. Bryant.
Jimmie is survived by his wife, Wanda; daughter, Candie J. Davis of Kansas; two grandchildren, Anissa A. Day and Cordell L. Day; three brothers, Henry Day of Florida, Glenn Day of Oregon and Johnny Day of Alaska; four sisters, Mary Jo Rick of Kirksville, Shirley Pfeifer of California, Geneva Baxter of Kansas and Bonnie Vargis of Kansas; sister-in-law, Marhta A. Parish of Kansas and many nieces and nephews.
Jimmie was donated to scinece and no service will be held.
