Harold and Zylpha were married 21 March 1929.

Harold Buhler, 69, died Dec. 9 at his home in Montpelier.
Services were held Monday, Dec. 12, at 1 p.m. in Matthews
Mortuary Chapel and interment was in the Dingle Cemetery.
Buhler was born Nov. 19, 1907 in Bern to Christian and Mable
Christina Kunz Buhler. He and Zylpha Harris were married March 21, 1929 and were divorced in 1972. He was a member of the LDS Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Dorothy Lewis Montpelier, Donna Brown, Salt Lake City, and Shirley
Bolton, Lava Hot Springs, a son, Jim Buhler, Montpelier,
five brothers, Weldon, Lima, Mont., Howard and Jay, Twin Falls, Norman, Preston, and Ellis, Aberdeen half brothers and half sisters, Dale Buhler, Salt Lake City, Barbara Butler, Yakima, Wash., and Sandra Abravanel, Las Cruces, N.M; stepmother, Mrs. Ruth Buhler, Blackioot; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
He was preceeded in death by his father, mother, three
brothers and two sisters.
He spent most of his life in Idaho, Wyoming, and Nevada,
where he was a farmer, rancher and sheepman. He loved the
mountains and the outdoors. He was an active hunter,
sportsman and trapper. While the family lived at Pescadero,
he attended school in-Bennington. He herded sheep for others
and owned a herd of his own for many years. He was and was
associated with many sheepmen and was a foreman for Charles Tucker for 12 years. He was an expert horseman and leather craftsman. The prelude and postlude music in the service was by Mrs Jean Alleman. Vicki Sparks sang "Silver Haired Daddy of Mine", and Ione Wilcox sang "Whispering Hope". The invocation was by Jay Buhler and the benediction was by William Buhler. Dedication of the grave was by Don Humburg. The obituary was presented by Bishop Joy Alleman and Howard Buhler was speaker.
