Mrs. Dorothy Goetz, 65, of 1222 Erie street, died Sunday morning in St. Mary's Hospital following a long illness.
Mrs. Goetz was born in Germany Sep. 3, 1876 and came to Racine in 1888. Survivors are four daughters, Mrs. Rose Christensen, Mrs. Dorothy Boetcher, and Mrs. Helen Eisenman, all of Racine, and Mrs. Catherine Emory of Hobart, Ind.; three sons, Herbert, Fred, and Milton Goetz, all of Racine; 14 grandchildren; four sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Monty of Milwaukee, Mrs. Mary Basse of Chicago, Mrs. Freda Walston or Rockford, Ill., and Mrs. Rose Wilkenson of Racine, and a brother, Louis Voight of Milwaukee.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p. m. Wednesdayin the Strouf funeral home with Rev. Frank Nielsen officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday and until service time. They are asked to use the LaSalle street enterance.
