Mr. Criswell, of Waterport, NY was a son of James W. & Ruth Haak Criswell. Mr. Criswell served in the US Merchant Marines. He owned and operated J.W.Criswell Mechanical Contracting for over 40 years. After retiring he owned and operated Lizzie's Landing Motel and Tackle Shop.
Mr. Criswell was predeceased by his loving wife Ella V. Criswell in May 2006.
He is survived by 4 children; Linda M., Deborah R., James W. (Bobbie) and Sandra J.; 2 stepchildren, Gail Jancetic and William Johnson; 5 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
