Survivors include his parents in Peru; paternal grandparents, Bobby and Jane Lilley, and Luke and Elaine Purvis, all of Peru; paternal great-grandparent, James Howard, Peru; maternal grandparents, Richard and Diana McIntire, Texas, and W.V. and Donna McCarter, Walton; maternal great-grandparents, Larry and Gaynell McIntire, Evansville; maternal great-grandmothers, Frances Alexander, Galveston, and Tina McIntire, Texas; his twin brother, Andrew P. Lilley, Peru; three brothers, Levi M. Richardson and Brayden C. Lilley, both of Peru, and Adrian J. Rigney, Logansport; and a sister, Faith R. Richardson, Peru.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, Peru.
Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery, Peru.
