Reuben M. Van Sickler, of Ellenville, N. Y., died on Saturday. He was seventy-two years old and one of Ellenville's most prominent citizens, the head of a large wholesale grocery establishment and one of the proprietors of the Merchants and Tanners' and the Albany and Honesdale Freight lines on the Delaware and Hudson Canal Company's road. Mr. Van Sickler formerly lived in Albany, and more lately in this city. In both cities he had a successful business career. He went to Ellenville about ten years ago. He died suddenly on Saturday afternoon from heart disease shortly after walking home from his office.
