He was a retired farmer and life resident of the Beallsville area.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Belle (Tolbert) Perkins; daughters, Mrs. Harold (Lillie) Yarnall and Mrs. Ray Arminda) Wheeler; sons, Merle, Clarence, and Roy Perkins; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Services were held at Harper-Campbell Funeral Home, Beallsville.

Thomas married Mary Belle Tolbert, January 27, 1906, Belmont County, OH. Her parents are Thomas Tolbert and Hannah J. Wiley.
The 1910 census finds the family residing with his parents on Somerton Ave. in Goshen Twp, he is a farmer and they have two children.
They had five children, Lillie B., Arminda, Merle, Clarence M and Roy R.
