Parents: the late Claude and Ida Kinsey Cook and was preceded in death by her husband John Lee Horton; sons' Ronnie Horton and David Horton;
brothers, James (J.C) Cook Sr., Leon Cook, Eugene (Dimp)Cook and Farris Cook.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Ann is survived by her daughter Starr Neisler, son Donnie Horton,of Rocky Face. Sister Betty Stinnett of Rocky Face, Ga., brothers Charlie and Betty June COKER Cook of Tunnel Hill GA. Ervin Cook of Rocky Face, GA. Sister in law Sandra B. Cook of Tunnel Hill, GA
