Raymond was born in Wallace, WV & died in Breckenridge, Stephens Co, TX. He married Vina Gertrude Preston on 14 December 1940 at Walters, Oklahoma. She preceded him in death on 31 Mar 1973.
He moved to Breckenridge in 1966 from Throckmorton. He owned and operated Raymond's Well Service in Breckenridge since 1971.
He served in the US Navy as a Petty Officer on the USS Dovossa.
Survived by daughter - Mrs. Doyle Hall; four sons - Jimmy, Jackie, Eddie and Bob; two sisters - Mary Reece and Marvel Moyer; brother - Stanley Boggess; 17 grandchildren.
