Debbi Carter was the greatest sister that anyone could ask for. She was always there when you needed her. Always Supportive and understanding. ALWAYS funny!!! She was the oldest and didn't let you forget it. She was tough as nails and soft as silk. She was the light in every room she entered. If you knew her, you loved her. She was smarter than everyone, ever!! She radiated kindness and was always doing something for someone else. She loved music and could play just about any instrument. She found great joy in leading the music program at her church. She was, hands down, the favorite aunt, or uncle for that matter, amongst her many nieces and nephews, all of whom she loved so incredibly much. She had so many outings with them and they were always way more excited to see her than the rest of us. But it made sense. She was the greatest. I know that she is right where she believed that she would be in the end, with her Lord.
