Mrs. Schindler, a native of Bluefield, WV, and the matriarch of a large South Adair Co., KY family, was a member of the Living Word Ministries in Burkesville, KY

Carley Schindler, 65, of the Breeding community of Adair Co., KY, died Wednesday, July 1, 2009, at 10:20pmCT, at Greenview Regional Hospital, Bowling Green, KY, after an illness.

A graveside service will be held Monday, July 6, 2009, at 4:00pmCT, at the Barnes Cemetery, 568 Redlick RD, Breeding, KY, with Pastor Gary Stumble officiating. There will be no visitation. Grissom-Martin Funeral Home, 200 Campbellsville ST, Columbia, KY, will be in charge of arrangements.

A native of Bluefield, WV, she was a daugher of the late Edgar Newton and Berenice Albert. She was a member of the Living Word Ministries in Burkesville, KY.

She is survived by her husband, Albert Schindler, Breeding, KY, and the following:
Three sons and daughters in law: Frank and Kami Schindler, Coco Beach, FL; Tony and Darleen Schindler, Glasgow, KY; and A.J. and Stacy Schindler, Columbia, KY

Two daughters and sons in law: Kathy Vann and Scott Brown, Breeding, KY; and Connie and Rick Kellenberger, Hampton, VA
One brother: Eddie Albert, Virginia

Four sisters: Betty Lee of Texas; Lois Treadway of Tennessee; and Frances Reed and Mary Albert, both of Virginia.

And 15 grandchildren.
