LAKE ELSINORE. James Todd Kepley, 51, died Friday, July 23, 1999, at his home in Lake Elsinore.
Born May 30, 1948, in Muskogee, Okla., he lived in Lake Elsinore for 25 years. He retired from Pacific Bell and was employed by Pauley Construction of Phoenix. He served in the U.S. Air Force and the Air Force Reserves as a technical sergeant for 10 years.
Mr Kepley was preceded in death by his sister, Tommye Lynn Kepley in 1990. He is survived by his wife of 24 years, Nancy Kepley of Lake Elsinore; mother and father Ramona Kepley and T.E. Kepley of Lake Elsinore; daughters Robbin Kepley and Kathy Kepley both of Lake Elsinore; and son-in-law Jeremy Horn.
A private viewing was held for imediate family on Monday, July 26. A funeral and graveside service were held Tueday, July 27 at Forest Lawn Cypress, Hope Chapel, with the Rev. Ted Levenworth officiating. Burial followed at Forest Lawn Cypress.
The family suggests memorial donations to the American Cancer Society, 12405 Rancho Bernardo Rd, Suite A, San Diego, CA 92128. or to the American Diabetes Association, 7297 Ronson Road, Suite H, San Diego, CA 92111-1411.
