My Uncle Bob was my "smoking buddy". Whenever he'd come to Texas to visit the family, he and I were the only smokers. I inherited his love of old muscle cars, too!
Bob contracted Polio when he was about 12. He was a survivor and overcame the odds. He was an Engineer with the Wisconsin Highway Department (if memory serves me correctly). He was a very loving man with a quick smile and a great laugh.
I miss my Uncle Bob every day.
