ELEANOR "ELLEN" WATKINS-SELLMAN was born on 10 September 1805 in Maryland to John and Elizabeth Watkins.

Ellen married Col. Richard Sellman on 24 December 1823 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and they had EIGHT children that are known of:

Jonathan Sellman (1833-1916),

Ellen passed away on 29 June 1858 in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, and she was laid to rest at All Hallows Church Cemetery in Birdsville, Anne Arundel County, Maryland.
