Eva Cain was the daughter of John M. and Lucy A. (Neerman) Cain. She married Foster Branson on April 26, 1905 in Atchison, Atchison, Kansas.

"The News Tribune" of Fort Pierce, Florida included information about Mrs. Foster Branson.

An entry on Nov. 1, 1953 reported: "Mrs. Foster Branson returned for the season after spending the summer and fall with her daughters, Mrs. R. T. Nickels in Madison, Wis., and Mrs. W. J. Worcester of Montclair, NJ. She is at the Burston hotel."

March 13, 1955, "The News Tribune" of Fort Pierce, Florida stated, "Mrs. Foster Branson of Evanston, Ill, and Madison, Wis., who spends her winters here, entertained a small group of friends for luncheon and bridge Friday afternoon at the Fort Pierce Hotel."

About one year later "The News Tribune" of Fort Pierce, Florida reported on February, 5, 1956 that "Mrs Foster Branson and Mrs. W. F. Shirley will be hostesses for the morning meeting of St. Ann's guild of St. Andrew's Episcopal church, the session to be at 9:30 o'clock in the dining room of the Fort Pierce hotel."
