MERCEDES, TX. -

Mary Helen Bergstrom, 68, of Mercedes Texas passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at her residence.

She was born September 26, 1943 to Jack and Dalphna Barnes Reese in Paris Texas.

She is survived by her loving family;
3 Children;
Son;
Ray (Dre) Bergstrom of Grande Prairie,TX

Daughters:
Julia Bergstrom of Mercedes, Texas,
Martha (Chris) Austin of Dallas Texas,

13 Grandchildren and 21 Great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be today, Sunday, February 19, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a prayer service tonight at 7:00 p.m.

A 10:00 a.m. chapel service will take place Monday, February 20th 2012 @ Rudy Garza Chapel of Peace.

Mary Helen was a loving and dedicated daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother & great-grandmother.

Her passions in life were her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed quilting and reading.
She is and will forever be remembered as ``G'MA by all those who knew her. We love you ``G'MA!
