He married Keiko Goto in Japan in 1957.
Tadao owned and operated Fifth South Cleaners for many years, and was employed by the Utah State Blind Center until his retirement. He was known affectionately by his family as Uncle Benny.
He is survived by his wife, Keiko; sister, Toshiko Mayeda, brothers, Takao (Ruth), Yoshio (Mary), Nobuo. Many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Toshio.
A private family memorial service held at a later date.
