Mrs. Sadie Belle (Smith) Kough, 80, of Kittanning RD 4, died Monday (Dec. 13, 1965) at her home. She was born March 24, 1885 in Sugarcreek Twp. a daughter of Fredrick and Harriet (Claypoole) Bouch Mrs. Kough was a member of the Center Hill Church of the Brethren. Surviving are three sons, Alex and Alfred of Kittanning RD 4, and James H. Smith of Worthington RD 1; one daughter, Mrs. Willis (Bertha) Beckett of Kittanning RD 4; three sisters, Mrs. Ada Reed and Mrs. Laura Bailey of Kittanning RD 7, Mrs. Margaret Bowser of Kittanning RD 4, two step-daughters, Mrs. Freda Boyer and Mrs. Mildred Shelocta RD 1; four step-sons, Clark, John and Clair Kough of Shelocta RD 1 and Jess Kough of Apollo RD 3; 14grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. KOUGH—Friends of Mrs. Sadie Belle (Smith) Kough of Kittanning RD 4, who died Monday (Dec 13, 1965) will be received at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, Kittanning, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Center Hill Church of the Brethren, where viewing will begin at 1 p.m. Rev. William B. Gauntz, church pastor, will officiate and burial will be in Center Hill Cemetery. Arrangements by Snyder, Kittanning.
